Woodside Country Club Wedding in 4K

This Woodside Country Club wedding was awesome and I'm thankful to have been a part of it. Rose and Justin were surrounded by their family and friends, who were all extremely supportive of this special occasion. From the thoughtful toasts during the reception, to the lifelong friendships that have remained strong, these two are blessed to have great people in their lives.

This wedding was my first opportunity to film with my new 4K camera and it delivered. My favorite shot...those blue shoes! 4K truly brought out all of their sparkly blue glory. Even when viewed on non-4K screens, the image quality is amazing, and I'm thankful I had it ready to capture Rose and Justin's big day. After all, they deserve it. From the moment I met Rose she was very inviting and easy to work with, which made my day much more enjoyable.

In order to create a more cinematic look, I added letterbox (top and bottom black bars) and created my own LUT for the video footage. A LUT is a color lookup table that adjusts the colors on screen to create a look and feel that matches the style you are going for in your film. By creating my own LUT, I had complete freedom to create a movie-like look that was the perfect fit for Rose and Justin's awesome Woodside Country Club wedding day. In my opinion, it truly looks like a cinematic movie and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

Thanks to Rose and Justin for hiring Stories and Stills to capture your big day. It was incredible from start to finish and I know you two have a bright future ahead of you. Don't forget about us when you need some pictures and/or video in the future. We'd love to work with you again. We've got you covered!
