Savannah Historic District Wedding Video
Nothing beats filming amazing weddings in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia.
As one of our favorite places on Earth, Savannah is also a destination wedding location for many across the United States. The great couple in this wedding movie was no different. Their entire wedding party and all guests flew for hours from miles away to attend their big day. We were very fortunate to be hired to provide wedding videography for their event. Take a look for yourself!
One of my favorite video segments of all time occurred when Anne and Darren were dancing on the stage as the fog machine and lights flowed around them. It couldn’t have been staged better by a million dollar movie crew in Hollywood! Everyone had to stop and stare as these two stole the show. You can see this moment at the 9 minute 35 second mark. I highly recommend it.
Another of the greatest moments throughout this day was filming at Forsyth Park and the Forsyth fountain. We even took a moment to fly our drone and gather some awesome aerial footage from above historic downtown Savannah. The lighting was just right, as the golden hour was in full effect at that time, making for amazing video and photo light settings. We even took a moment to move Anne and Darren to the steps of a historic home along the square. These two didn’t have to work very hard to create outstanding moments for the cameras. And we never heard any complaints from the owners, so thankfully everything turned out just fine.

Victory North was a very cool venue for a wedding. The ceremony took place in their courtyard outdoors, while the ceremony was moved inside. Victory North is also used as a concert venue for music performances, so it was tailor made for Anne and Darren to jump on stage and show their dance moves. Thankfully the weather was nice and sunny that day, because once the Sun went down, it cooled way off outside. By then, however, everyone was dancing the night away indoors.
